About
Decay is a music rotation run by three girls, Camille, Eden-Avalon, and Pamela. The focus of the site is mainly Japanese music, though we also share other Asian music, such as Chinese and Korean.The site was named after the song "Decay" by Rie Fu.
History
Decay debuted on April 5th, 2006, and was at first only run by Camille. After a while she decided it would be a good idea to run the site with someone to spice things up with a little variety. Eden-Avalon was the first person she asked, and then there were two. More than a year after the site's opening, Camille's friend Pamela decided it would be fun to join in, and thus we now have three staff members.Updates were at first quite sporadic, but eventually they steadied to being biweekly. Initially, Decay was at atspace.com, but then we were generously offered hosting at otsu-ami.net. We thanks Usagi for that. ♥
While Decay started off as just a Japanese rotation, it has expanded today to feature Japanese, Chinese, and Korean music.
Layout
Current. This is our first layout featuring a Chinese artist, F.I.R.! The lyrics are from the ballad Lydia, the ballad that made them famous. Image found through Google Images. Texures from swimchick.Artist Plug. Faye, Ian, and Real are the three members, and their names make up the acronym F.I.R. They are also known as Fei Er Yue Tuan. Faye is the lead singer, Ian is the pianist and producer who put the group together, and Real is the guitarist and also has written some songs. They have 4 albums to date. Read more?
